I’m Ashley, the founder of The Flow Fix—a space‑first, energy‑first approach to home organizing. I created The Flow Fix because I believe our homes should feel like sanctuaries: places that support us, soothe us, and reflect who we’re becoming, not remind us of everything left undone. My work blends practical organization with intentional energy flow to bring clarity, calm, and harmony back into the spaces where life happens.

I was born and raised in Nevada, and after years of growth and exploration elsewhere, I chose to come home. Returning to Nevada felt like a full-circle moment—an opportunity to create, root, and build a life and business with intention. After spending 14 years in the tech industry leading programs, solving complex challenges, and helping create better employee experiences, I realized my greatest fulfillment came from creating order, clarity, and ease in everyday life. The Flow Fix grew from that realization, blending my professional background in problem-solving and process design with my passion for calm, intentional living. Today, I help clients create spaces that not only function beautifully but also support the life they want to live.

Our partnership begins with a one-hour, in-person consultation. Should you decide to move forward, I will develop a tailored project plan, research and source products, and prepare customized solutions — all delivered before my next visit to begin the work in your home.
